Heritage Circuit collects the name, email, delivery country, product reference, message and bid amount you choose to submit. We use these details to answer questions, arrange additional photographs and discuss potential purchases.

Requests are stored in the website’s database and available to the seller through a protected inbox. Request details may also be delivered to the seller’s email through the notification process. Submission does not enroll you in marketing.

Following our website is optional and separate from contacting us or bidding. We store your email, signup time and consent to send the Tuesday product newsletter through Azure. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. We keep a suppression record after unsubscribe to prevent further mail. We do not sell the subscriber list.

To limit spam, the website stores a daily hash of the connecting IP address alongside a submission. Do not include payment-card information, passwords or identity documents in your message.

Contact the seller through the question form to request correction or deletion of your inquiry. Completed inquiries are reviewed periodically for removal when no longer needed; transaction records may need to be retained separately.
